The Ta Hiera Special Interest Group is a polytheistic reconstructionist Special Interest Group on The Cauldron: A Pagan Forum devoted to facilitating the understanding of ancient Hellenic religion (and related ancient religions) and the worship of the ancient Hellenic deities in the present day in a manner that, while clearly based on academic research into ancient practices, is adapted for modern times and places.

The Ta Hiera Special Interest Group is not affiliated with any Hellenic religious organization. Ta Hiera's discussion area welcomes anyone interested in discussing Hellenic Polytheism regardless of group affiliation (or lack thereof), provided they adhere to The Cauldron's rules and guidelines and the special rules for our discussion area. There is also the Hellenic Paganism group on TCN: The Cauldron Network.

The Ta Hiera Special Interest Group on The Cauldron has the following objectives:
  • To provide religious support, education, and resources to Hellenic Polytheists;
  • To assist Hellenic Polytheists in individual and family worship;
  • To facilitate communication and fellowship between Hellenic Polytheists;

  • To facilitate advancement of ancient Hellenic polytheism through manifesting the work, in the modern world, of the ancient Greek deities  as known by the ancient Greeks in ancient Greece and its states, territories, and colonies as historically defined; and as referenced in  the art, literature, architecture, and history of the ancient Greeks.
